That’s interesting, and it’s sad how rare this is in the Sonic series with media that involve chao.ĩ: The protagonist chao has a Chao in Space lunchbox, which explains why he had that dream a bit better.ġ: Big showing the peace sign and waving to people driving by him at least shows that he’s a good-natured nice guy, and more should be like that.Ģ: Sonic is the butt of jokes for a change, as two cars hit his car from both sides and a bomb gets thrown at him.ģ: Knuckles jumps and punches away a bomb thrown at Sonic’s car, heroically saving him.Ĥ: And Knuckles realistically looks beaten up in the face afterwards.ĥ: It’s new that Omochao is working against Sonic,ħ: Eggman giggles as he gives a fake mustache to an Egg Pawn.Ĩ: Knuckles gets relatably mad because a fishing rod gets put on his head.ĩ: Sonic drives backwards in front of Shadow to taunt him, being his cocky self.ġ0: Big gets thrown a bone as a twist as he gets to safely get the Froggy merchandise instead of getting hit by a car. It’s almost like they’re listening.Ģ: So we get to see chao fly spaceships that shoot lasers.ģ: Sonic shows a softer side because he spends time in the Chao Garden and tries to protect a chao.Ĥ: The chao in the dream gets more resolve because he looks at a photo of his family.ĥ: There’s a Chekhov’s Gun as the family members in the photo are the ones who save the chao in the dream with spaceships of their own.Ħ: We get to see a chao go Super for a change.ħ: Of course, the evil chao is the Dark Chao.Ĩ: Some of the other chao in the Chao Garden have a variety of different appearances, all from the game, like there’s a Dark Swim Chao. That goes for a LOT of continuities, but this especially because we knew about ” Chao in Space ” since that billboard in SA2 and it’s so cool that even that one billboard from a Sonic level, finally got an animation to itself.
